No matter how much I may regret or re-feel yesterday's painful experiences, there is nothing I can do to change what happened.
The past is forever beyond my control.
The same thing is true of the future.
No matter how much I may worry and fret over it, very few of us can predict what tomorrow will bring.
I can only prepare for a hope-filled future by living fully and confidently today.
Today is all I have. Let me make the most of it.

Today -- Spend It Wisely

If you want to change who you are, change what you do.
The Big Book is like a cookbook - you can read it all day long and starve.
You have to take the action.
If you stay humble, you will not stumble.
Our neighbor's window looks much cleaner if we first wash our own.

Yesterday is a canceled check,

tomorrow is a promissory note,

today is cash in hand,

spend it wisely.

Forgive and Forget

You must forgive and forget all the difficult things
of yesterday for yesterday has gone.

Tomorrow has not yet come.

But you have today to love Jesus as he loves you,
with a deep personal love.
